How to redeem a coupon?
Method ① : Log in to your account > Click the【 My Account 】icon next to the search icon in the upper right corner > Select【 Profile 】> Click【 VIP Program 】at the top, select the coupon you wish to redeem in the “Ways to Redeem Points” column > Click 【 Redeem 】.
Method ② : Click the【 Rewards 】button on the right side of the page, click 【 Ways to redeem 】, select the coupon you wish to redeem > Click【 Redeem 】.
How to use a coupon?
If your order meets the requirements for a specific coupon, you can use it by clicking the【 Rewards 】button on the right side of the page > Click【 My Discounts 】and select the coupon you want, then click the【 Apply code 】button.
If you don't want to use the coupon, you can cancel it by clicking the【 X 】at the end of the coupon code displayed under the【 Apply code field 】.
How can I check my VIP points and coupons?
Method 1: Log in to your account > Click the【 My Account 】icon next to the search icon in the upper right corner > Select【 Profile 】> Click【 VIP Program 】at the top to view your points balance, coupons, usage history and other information.

Point Usage Instructions
- Points are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Earn 1 point for every HKD$1 spent.
- For Lifetime Membership, points can be accumulated without expiration.
Coupon Usage Instructions
- Points can be redeemed for HK$50/HK$100 e-cash vouchers, valid for orders of HK$500 or more.
- Only one coupon can be used per transaction; offers cannot be combined or redeemed.
Referral Terms
- The referrer and referee must be different accounts and cannot be the same person or recipient.
- After a successful referral, the referee will receive a 10% discount coupon. The referrer will receive the 10% discount coupon upon the referee's purchase, valid for orders of HK$500 or more.
- The referral discount is valid only for new customers.
Important Notice
- The W. Flower Shop rewards program will be replaced by the new system starting September 25, 2025, at 00:00.
