No cancellation of order is accepted. All flowers / plants / goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

Refund, Return, Exchange

Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted.

Items in your shopping basket will NOT be held. To secure your purchase you must proceed to checkout.

 

Wedding

The decoration packages prices are based on flower selection and decoration design set by W.Flower Shop; tailor-made decorations could be made upon customer’s request, according to idea and budget.

 

Seasonal Availability

Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown in the catalogue are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.

As flowers are natural products, colours may vary from that shown in the catalogue / photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.
